Olde Stone training is designed for project and functional managers who have real world problems requiring tailored solutions. That’s why our seminars and workshops are designed to help teams apply current best practices in program and systems engineering management to their organizations as they exist today.
You need our training if you have identified areas where you are either not meeting your goals, or just know there has to be a better way and would benefit from having someone from outside the organization provide some insight and guidance into what could help.

The Olde Stone Difference
There are plenty of training providers who will teach you general principles about program/project management, systems engineering, risk and opportunity analysis, and the many other business competencies that you need to know as a working professional. Far fewer are those who look at your specific problem, then tailor their service to address the exact problems that you and your team face today. Our goal is to help you address your current challenges while at the same time teaching you to address the challenges of tomorrow.
Custom Training Development
In addition to our standard offerings Olde Stone also provides organizational training development that can be used to support your organizations processes. This can be very valuable when you have highly specific training needs that have to be repeated across teams or with new people as they are on-boarded. Contact us for details.
